The world's favourite Windows™ based ACD Management Information System.

This Windows™ based Insight™ MIS provides an easily customised screen display of real time information on in-bound and out-bound calls, as well as producing user definable reports. The system communicates directly with ACDs and switches via the real time event port. It stores all events in raw form allowing fully flexible reporting including event logging by Agent, Line, DDI Number and Account Code. Audible and visual alarms are triggered when performance parameters exceed user programmable limits. The MIS is supplied on both stand alone and on networked PCs.

The inViewTM LAN Wallboard is aimed for use by Agents, Managers and Senior Managers, in fact anyone connected to the LAN. The user can choose whether to have the wallboard pop-up-on-alarm from the task bar or set so it can be continually viewed (always on top). The Wallboard can be shrunk to a small strip and positioned by the user anywhere on the PC screen so it is not intrusive. The inViewTM LAN Wallboard shows key performance information and agent and extension status. Supervisor messages pop up above or below inViewTM, depending on its on-screen position. The advantage over conventional wallboards is that all LAN Wallboard users can see the information, not just the agents close to the wallboard.
